Returns Policy

Send an email to sales [at] mightymarmot [dot] com if you experience any issues with your order or to obtain a return authorization.

If the product arrives in a damaged condition, we will replace it for free or issue a refund. Please send us a photo of the damaged goods along with your order number and we will take care of the rest!

To return an item or order, please contact us with your order number and the reason for return within 30 days of the shipping date.

If you would like to exchange a product, we will mail you the new item(s) upon receiving a tracking number for your returned item(s). 

All return & exchange postage fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please do not return the items without first contacting us, as we will not be able to receive them at the address stated on the shipping label. We will provide you with the correct return address upon accepting your return/exchange request and issuing a return authorization.

All sales are final on original paintings & commissioned art.
